Bill Grose has wide experience of many major tunnelling projects across the world, both as a director of Arup and then running his own consultancy since 2014. His expertise covers design, design management, major project senior leadership, risk management, and cost benchmarking, He currently advises major project clients, supply teams and insurers. Bill was Chairman of the British Tunnelling Society from 2006 to 2008, and has been leading the production, editing and revision of the Tunnelling Risk Management Code from its inception in 2003 to the recent 3rd Edition.
