Karen MacPherson has accumulated extensive experience with multiple consultancies before joining WSP in 2018 as a Technical Director. Presently, Karen serves as the Deputy Head of WSP UK and Ireland Geotechnics and Tunnelling business and is a member of the Design and Build Leadership Group. Karen is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE), and a UK Registered Ground Engineering Adviser. With over 30 years' experience in geotechnical design and ground risk management across a diverse range of engineering projects and procurement options, Karen has significantly contributed to numerous strategic UK projects.
