Throughout his career, Terry has held leadership roles, steered geotechnical engineering design teams and facilitated interdisciplinary coordination with a strong emphasis on sustainable development. At Whitby Wood, Terry leads an expanding team dedicated to providing geotechnical and geo-environmental solutions within the industry. In his day-to-day role, Terry manages various live projects, offering diverse ground engineering leadership covering technical, financial, and program from pre-feasibility up to post-construction support.
