Alex Dodd, Site Agent (Southern Region) joined Barhale in 2021 and after earning his degree in Civil Engineering, has since achieved Incorporated Membership with the ICE. He has played a key role in several major tunnelling projects, including the QEII Tunnel Relining, Greenway Trunk Sewer, Rye Meads STW, and Mogden Pump Out Shaft. Known for his proactive approach, Alex combines innovation with practical problem-solving to deliver complex, efficient, and safe solutions. A natural leader, Alex has progressed into a management role on site and continues to mentor Graduate and Junior Engineers, fostering collaboration and best practice across teams. He remains dedicated to enhancing Barhale’s tunnelling capability while upholding the company’s core values.
