 Bryony is a Business Transformation Expert, Chartered Civil Engineer, and experienced Customer Success Professional. She oversees Executive Partnership Customer accounts, working across our North American, Latin American, Australian and UK customer base. Prior to her role at ALICE, Bryony served as Transformation Lead at Balfour Beatty Major Projects, where she established and led a successful in-house methods engineering team of 11. She drove transformative changes in technical, digital, and diversity aspects of projects, including managing a Digital Transformation initiative pivotal to Balfour Beatty's digital strategy. Bryony’s engineering career includes working on some of the UK's largest infrastructure projects including Thames Tideway Tunnel and HS2, where she has led and has been part of diverse, high-performing teams through all phases of project delivery, from tendering and design management to site delivery and temporary works design. Her extensive engineering experience across the whole project lifecycle is supported by a strong academic foundation with an MEng + BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Cambridge and Chartered status with the ICE. Bryony has subject matter expertise in Business + Digital Transformation, Pre-Construction + Method Led Design, Major Infrastructure + Data Center Projects. Bryony is passionate about driving efficiencies and equality within the construction industry which is what led her to a role at ALICE Technologies
