Sinisa Galac is a senior infrastructure and tunnelling leader with over 25 years’ global experience delivering complex, large-scale programmes. He is currently a Director at Turner & Townsend and previously served as Executive Vice President at Metrolinx, leading the multi-billion-dollar Toronto Lakeshore Rail Program, Project Director for the Lower Thames Crossing Tunnels and held Project Manager role on Crossrail, delivering major underground works at Paddington and Tottenham Court Road. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Bechtel, contributing to High Speed 1, Doha International Airport and the Gabon National Infrastructure Masterplan. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, with deep specialisation in technically complex tunnelling and underground infrastructure.
