Jerome is a qualified Engineering Director with over 25 years’ experience of successfully delivering a wide range of complex engineering projects around the world. His highly developed management skills coupled with his drive and determination to succeed, have enabled him to build, lead and motivate his teams to achieve their goals surpassing the highest industry practice. Jerome built his skills on major transport, road and railway projects where he gained substantial practical experience on construction sites. On three major international M&E and tunnel projects: Dublin Port tunnel (Ireland, £253 M), El Azhar tunnel (Egypt, £176 Million), and the M5 Motorway (Hungary, £165 Million); he directly managed sub-contractors in design, procurement, installation and commissioning to deliver the project objectives.
Jérôme has held several senior positions within Bouygues TP including CEO BYME Hong Kong, specialising in M&E works and creating new branches in Macau and Singapore.
Since 2016, Jerome has been based in the UK and after leading the Align JV for the delivery of HS2- C1 package, he has moved to a permanent role at the helm of Bouygues TP.
Jerome is also an elected member of the British Tunnelling Society Committee.
