London Power Tunnels project manager,
Sarah Woolham-Jaffier, 26, is a Civil Engineer and has worked on a range of construction projects across different sectors. Sarah National Grid in 2018 and currently acts as client supervisor on the £1bn London Power Tunnels project. Sarah joined the London Power Tunnels team as a graduate and supported the project in the funding and procurement phase. In March 2020, Sarah became client supervisor at the project's main site New Cross substation. The site had constructed two shafts and connecting adits which will facilitate the launch of two tunnel boring machines and 17.3km of tunnel network. Sarah is passionate about diversity in workplace culture and improving social inequality through education. Outside of work Sarah enjoys a wide range of sports including climbing and rowing.
