Paul McCracken is the Strategic Development Director working for BAM Nuttall with responsibility for Major Projects and strategic relationships within the company with particular reference to Government and Industry organisations.
Paul has been working for BAM since 2011 and has worked on developing bids for several major metro schemes in London together with numerous Network Rail projects and more recently Thames Tideway Tunnels, HS2 and London Power Tunnels bids.
He was on the working committee which developed the successful strategy for BAM Nuttall’s certification to ISO44001: Collaborative Business Relationships and is engaged with the ICW and CECA amongst other organisations which have influence within the industry. Paul sits on the foundation board of the Institute of Collaborative Working and the BAM project 13 internal team.
Paul is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 35 years’ experience including 30 years working as a consultant in the UK on a range of civils and structural projects in the UK and abroad. He has worked as a designer and contractor across a range of sectors working in the both the private and public sector and is committed to collaborative working as well as early contractor engagement to improve procurement and better project delivery.
