Infrastructure & Projects Authority
Hannah leads the Project Initiation Routemap team in the Infrastructure & Projects Authority. She is a Civil Engineer by profession with experience in project, programme and portfolio management as both a client and contractor.
Her team conducts exercises supporting major projects and programmes across all infrastructure sectors to improve initiation, drawing on current infrastructure best practice. Recent exercises in the UK include Crossrail 2 and redevelopment of the Olympic Park. She has also led international missions including training and advising the governments of Egypt, Brazil and China in successful infrastructure planning and delivery.
She is recognised as a flood risk management expert advising ministers on the risks and opportunities facing the current Flood Risk Management Programme and on implementation of related policy. She has recently completed leading a review of the a major client’s commercial and delivery capability.
