Linus Kuncewicz is a highly experienced civil and rail infrastructure leader with over 20 years of experience delivering major transportation and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally. Currently serving as Head of Rail Infrastructure at TDI, he provides strategic, technical and operational leadership for innovative rail and Very Light Rail solutions. A professional member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Linus is recognised for his ability to lead complex projects from concept through construction, build high-performing teams, drive innovation, and deliver safe, sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions. Throughout his career, Linus has held senior leadership positions with organisations including East West Rail, HS2, Amey, Atkins Plc, and Ove Arup and Partners, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the development and delivery of multi billion pound infrastructure programmes. His expertise spans rail engineering, civil infrastructure, design management, project delivery, construction assurance, stakeholder engagement, contract management, and health and safety leadership.
